1. Acceptance
By accessing and using Miruzen (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
2. What Miruzen is
Miruzen is an informational anime catalog: title pages with metadata, watch-order guides, filler lists and curated lists. Miruzen does not host, stream or link to unofficial streams of any kind. "Where to watch" links point exclusively to official third-party platforms (Crunchyroll, Netflix and similar).
3. Intellectual property
- Title metadata comes from public sources: the AniList API and MyAnimeList data via the Jikan API.
- Images (covers, banners) are displayed from their source servers and belong to their respective owners. Miruzen does not host them and claims no rights over them.
- Each work's titles, characters and trademarks belong to their owners (studios, publishers and licensors). Miruzen is not affiliated with any of them.
- Miruzen's original editorial content (watch-order guides, curated lists and original copy) is owned by Miruzen. It may not be reproduced or redistributed commercially without prior permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- extract content in bulk or through automated means (scraping) or overload the Service;
- interfere with its operation or attempt to access internal systems;
- reuse Miruzen's editorial content as your own.
5. User accounts
Signing up is optional and only unlocks community features. If you create an account:
- you are responsible for the activity carried out from it and for keeping your password safe;
- you must use a valid email and a username that does not impersonate others or infringe trademark rights;
- you can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently erases your profile, list, ratings and favorites.
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or are used abusively.
6. Accuracy of information
Guides and lists are written and verified with care, but all information is provided without warranties: watch orders, filler flags, dates and platform availability may contain errors or become outdated. If you spot a mistake, we appreciate a note at [email protected].
7. Third-party links and services
Each anime's availability on official platforms varies by region and may change without notice. Miruzen does not control and is not responsible for the content, pricing or conditions of linked platforms.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miruzen shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms or the Service itself at any time. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
